Very good yet not complete

A couple of features still missing to make it hands down _the_ markdown editor of choice:

1. Discrete theme options for both writing and preview modes;
2. Preference option to start with a new document, so that you launch it and start writing. I hate dialogue boxes;
3. Better system integration, so that when you quit it doesn’t present you with an annoying *save* window dialogue. Still hating dialogues;
4. Mail integration, so that I can quickly email the current document’s rendered contents.
