Does what it does perfectly

I’ve been using Byword for years now, and it’s still pretty much perfect at what it does: not managing large writing projects, just being a pure writing app. When I just want to bang out a blog post, Byword remains one of my go-to choices. It’s beautiful, *just* customizable enough to be able to tweak it to my liking, and always fast and performant. Perfect when you want to *just write*.
